The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) lucky draw result for the housing scheme 2014 for which people are eagerly waiting likely to be announced within a week as per the different online sources. On, Monday 10th of November 2014, DDA has run the dry test successfully and now almost prepared/ready to go with the live result online.

Earlier DDA has announced that they will draw result by November 12th but due to empanelled banks who did not fill all the data and as per request of several applicants DDA postponed its date and given applicants 2 days time 11th and 12th November to correct mistake data for housing scheme 2014 application form.

As DDA changing dates again and again which makes people embarrass that’s why this time DDA will announce result within a week but still not confirmed the date few online sources claimed that DDA may announce the flats lottery result by 14th of November.

“The vice chairman of DDA, Mr. Balvinder Kumar, speak to media and said that the housing authority in all likelihood will hold the lucky draw on Friday i:e 14th November ”.

As per the vendor for the draw, C-DAC again has been assigned the role, but the venue of the draw has not been finalized yet. So, it will either be NOIDA, where the C-DAC office and servers are located, or at the DDA Headquarters, Vikas Sadan itself, said Mr. V.S.Tomar, Directory (Systems) of DDA.

C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) had also conducted the draw for DDA’s last housing scheme in 2010.

Mr. Tomar said authority has decided not to provide link for the webcast on the DDA official website as it would become prone to crash. As part of their preparation ahead of the draw, DDA has planned to set up a dedicated server around the last week of this month, and it will have load-balancing facilitates, to avert chances of crashing the website because of heavy traffic.

He also said that draw will takes around 60-90 minutes, and after 30 minutes or so we would be able to come up with the list of successful applicants on our official site.

Meanwhile, the procedure for the draw has also been uploaded on the website and applicants can check status of their application online.

So, for the  list of winner of DDA flats housing scheme 2014 applicants still have to wait for couple of days. Once DDA announce the result we will update it on our website so bookmark us or save our page for future references.

      You could not see the draw result because DDA has again extend the date of draw it may announced by tomorrow or Monday whenever they announce you can find it on official website of DDA as well as I also update my website.

    • Thanks Mr. Prem for your feedback to be honest I always try to deliver the up to date information and that’s why keep track of several websites for this.

      I was also viewing the dda website dda.org but from other media sources found that they have changed the date again for saturday or Monday that’s why I am informing all my readers that you have to wait more.

      I know it is something that embarass people nothing in my hand but whenever DDA make any update related to draw i will sure update my website.

    • As DDA extending date in the last moment so I am not very sure they draw it by Saturday I will update if they draw result Monday if again they extend the date then I can only inform you guys about the next date only. So keep in touch with us for DDA draw result updates.

      There is not relation between draw result and Delhi election it is just because of some of the applicants data are not entered correctly on the website said by the Balvinder Kumar, Vice Chairman of DDA.

    • Late hone ka reason ya to DDA ki preparedness ya kutch applicants ka data abhi tak correctly update nhi hua hai dda ki website par ye ho sakta hai but philhaal final date 17 declare kari gayi hai DDA ki taraf se.

    • Want to submit DDA payment online but why?? As DDA is not accepting any application at the moment and still not draw the result then for what you want to make payment if you have already applied then you have to wait for the DDA draw result. If not then you can’t apply because DDA will draw result by Monday.

      Delhi Development Authority postpones housing scheme draw to unspecified date because some technical issue till then the technical team not confirmed to authority that when they are ready DDA will not announce the exact date as people are already offended because of shuffling of draw dates.

Are dda trying to set their wanted id\\’s?Server,form,dry test all are accuse.Is DDA going to show program logic (source code (you can easily setup wanted id\\’s in computer program))Who run test with live data i seen it first time?This program hardly take 1 week if CDAC is not able break the contract.

    • Iqbal my friend to be very honest I am not sure about the draw specially after several changes in draw date few days back. To draw date confirm kar pana sayad kisi keliye bhi easy nahi hai only DDA waale jaante hai ki why they could not resolve the issue so far but keep in touch whenever they make any update regarding date i will update it.

      May be aap sahi keh rahe ho but its really horrible one of the biggest housing scheme of India is fail to announce draw aur bar bar logo ko jhooti dates de dete hain. I can’t say anything about it hope for the good so that, needy people can get the flats.

    • First thing want to clear there is no way to get back your lost application number but the good news is that you can find your name and your father name in the winner list of DDA Draw result. I know it will take some time to check the name and father name but it is the only way to get the application number if you are selected in the list.

      If you are not in the list of successful applicants of DDA, then don’t worry the money will come back to your account within 30-90 days.

    I had downloaded the PDF of DDA housing scheme result 2014 and found my name and my father name exists thereas i didn’t have my application number handy with me at that time. But the application number was different. I understand that this could be the case that someone other have the same combinations of names but i want to double check if i am the lucky one as the combination of my name and my father name is not so common and also the category in which i had applied was one of them. So i request if you can suggest some ways to check it further if there is a provision to get address or contact detail or PAN details somewhere.

    • It’s good to hear that you found your and your father name in relevant category and want to make sure that is it you or someone else with the same details as previously you have told me that you don’t have any application number but now you have application number you can use this application number to check draw result online here: http://dda.org.in/HousingScheme2014/DdaDrawResult14.aspx it will display your pan card detail if the details matches with you then you are the lucky winner buddy.

      • When i entered the the application number it says sorry your are not lucky… something like that. then i tired the application number which was mentioned in the PDF against the names then it shows the results but PAN details are still not there. So is there any other way to get the address/mobile/PAN details somewhere.
