All we know that Ghaziabad Development Authority launches IndraPuram Nyay Khand-1 residential flats scheme along with that GDA launches EWS/LIG Flats Scheme 1979 multistorey building for economically weaker section and accepting application from 1st of November 2014 only through the online mode now the question is what are the documents required to fill the application form and from which cyber café you can apply which is approved by GDA if you want can apply from your home if you don’t have facility of internet at your home then go to approved cyber café by GDA. To apply online visit the official site of GDA www.gdaghaziabad.com and click on “New Property” option bottom of the page.

List of Important Documents Required to Apply GDA IndraPuram Flats Scheme
- Passport Size Photograph
- Signature
- Income Proof
- Address Proof
- Caste Certificate
At the time of filling the form online you don’t required the Income, Address and Caste Proof. You need only scanned photograph and signature before applying please scanned your signature and store in your computer. The remaining documents required only if you become successful applicants and won the draw and authority will give you 1 month time to provide all these documents after announcing the draw result.
What should be the size and format of photograph and signature?
The scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG or JPEG format and size should be between 50KB to 100KB and 120 pixels height x 120 pixels width.
